• Take Interstate 25 north to Santa Fe and
exit 282.
• This is the exit for St. Francis Drive, US 285 north. Go
north on St.
Francis Drive through Santa Fe. Proceed north
about 16 miles on US
285 to Pojoaque.
• In Pojoaque the routes divide. Take NM 502 west to
Los Alamos. •
Proceed through the town of Los Alamos on NM 502 and
look
for the signs marking the ski area road on your right.

Pajarito remains one of the best bargains in New Mexico winter sports with
lift ticket rates that are a value for the whole family. Pajarito offers a

Grooming is vastly improved at Pajarito with a new winch cat on the slopes.
The cat's uphill ability allows for better snow packing and maintaining
more even coverage on the steep black and on the steeper blue runs. The
terrain park has been expanded with new features.
Full service rental and repair shop next to the ticket windows. Large inventory
of shaped skis, demo packages, snowboards, and snow blades for rent.
Lessons are offered in alpine, Nordic skiing,
and snowboarding for all ability levels. Group lessons are available morning
and afternoons. Private
lessons
are available by request. Pajarito offers group lessons for children ages
5 and up. Never-ever classes are an option for beginners. The children's "Master
the Mountain" program is popular for kids age 7 to 12.

instructor and arrange for a discounted, multi-day program that is custom
fit to their requirements. Lessons in Telemarking and Snowboarding can

Pajarito Mountain participates in the Challenge New Mexico Adaptive Ski
Program
Check out the Bradbury Science Museum. Bandelier National Monument contains
fascinating prehistoric ruins, archeological sites, and a multitude of scenic

Los Alamos and the Pajarito Plateau. Check out winter activities and cross
country skiing at the Valles Caldera National Preserve and the Jemez National
