KOAT 7 in cooperation with Ski New Mexico and all eight of its alpine resorts are pleased to again join the nationwide efforts of “Learn a Winter Sports Month” this January.

More than 6,000 children have benefited from the KOAT Kids Learn to Ski & Snowboard program— now entering its fifth year. For $50.00 per day, participating children age 6 to 12 receive a lesson, ski lift ticket, and all equipment rentals. It’s an affordable way for children to learn a winter sport.
